This unit works perfectly and I am in Arizona. It is efficient and very quiet. Cools home quickly as well. Could not be happier with this purchase.

So far I really like the system. It does make a noise at times. But I can't quite figure out what it is. Had someone come look at it they of course couldn't find anything.

Our Unit was defective when received, but has been great after warranty repair. (Main Blower Assembly was not properly balanced during manufacture and had to be replaced.)
